Anesloop is not an EHR or an AIMS — yours stays where it is today. Provation, HST, SIS, or your Epic AIMS still hold the chart of record and the legal source of truth. Anesloop is the autonomous operations layer that runs around it: it reads your AIMS feed, rebalances the OR block 90 minutes before first cut, drafts the substance log at the point of administration, and re-routes denied claims the same day. Nothing else on the market runs continuous ops for 2–4 room multi-specialty ASCs as the primary use case — the others were built for hospitals and adapted, or built as billing systems with an anesthesia module bolted on.

A single BAA covers the AIMS feed, the EHR connection, and the Anesloop cloud — one signature for legal, one audit trail for compliance. Every screen view, every clearance edit, every draw on a controlled-substance line is logged with user, timestamp, and target id, so a surveyor gets a replayable trail instead of a manual pull. DEA-side, lot number, witness, and wastage are captured at the moment of administration — not during a morning reconciliation — and shift-to-shift counts roll up into a state-specific monthly packet that traces any vial from receipt to disposal.

What does a pilot actually look like?

A pilot scopes one OR and one workflow for a defined window — typically 30 to 60 days — with a named anesthesiologist on our side as your day-to-day contact. The workflow is one of pre-op screening, narcotics reconciliation, OR scheduling, or post-op billing follow-up, not all four at once. The AI proposes; your clinician accepts, edits, or sends it back; exceptions go to one named lead rather than a meeting. A flat per-OR monthly subscription. Single-room sites start at $199 per month, the 2–4 room configuration that we target runs $449 per month, and multi-site groups start at $799 per month with a single BAA covering every tenant endpoint. What happens if Anesloop gets something wrong?

Clinical judgment stays with your clinician of record. Every pre-op clearance routes through a licensed-clinician sign-off gate before it reaches the OR, every OR recommendation is a proposal your charge anesthesiologist accepts or sends back, and every substance-log entry is witnessed by a human at the point of administration. AI mistakes surface as exceptions in one queue, not as patient-facing actions — when the system is wrong, your team sees it as a queue item the same shift, not as a chart review next month.
